Yes, this is possible at the stand of ‘Souvenirs & Lockers’. For a small fee of 5 euros you can store your belongings in a special Elfia shopper. This shopper is stored in a guarded storage space. During the day, you can take stuff out of the shopper and put back in. Odd shaped goods may be stored for a different fee. Guideline for this: the size of a shopper.
Dogs are not permitted in all areas (watch the signs), but are allowed on the festival if they are leashed. Other big animals (like horses) are only allowed if the organisation has given written permission. All other small animals like raptors and predators (e.g. ferrets) are not allowed!
Officially, bringing your own meals and beverages is not allowed. There will be checks for high quantities at the entrance. We will make exceptions for people with special diets, as long as they can prove this when asked.
For people with a special diet, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. On the festival grounds are two clean drinking water points where you can get free water.
The festival grounds of Elfia are open for everyone. However, there are limitations, as not all parts are easily accessible for wheelchairs. On the grounds are accessible toilets.
Kasteel de Haar has NO wheelchairs available, but they do have accessible toilets.
Everyone visits Elfia the way they want. Dressed up or not, that doesn’t matter. However, it does improve the atmosphere when visitors come in costume.
At Elfia, you buy your food and beverages with euros. You don’t need special tokens for this.
The program is mostly the same on both days unless otherwise stated. It may happen a band, entertainer or special guest can only attend for one day.
As it is nearly impossible to attend all activities in one day, it is worth it to come the whole weekend to Elfia.
Fire breathing is allowed, yet you will have to bring your own materials.
You should be aware of your surrounding and make sure no one and nothing gets harmed. At all times, you need to follow the instruction of both Elfia organisation and the Fire Department.
Yes, the castle is open to visitors. Visits are arranged by the Castle organization. You can buy a ticket for this at the cash register of the castle, it costs € 10, – for adults and € 7.50 for children up to 12 years old.
Note: You must be in possession of an entrance ticket for Elfia, even if you only want to visit the castle!
Through your personal Eventbrite account, it is possible to upgrade your tickets for a small fee. You can upgrade a ticket for a single day to a Weekend ticket or upgrade your Sunday ticket to a Saturday ticket.

Children up to 2 years old can visit Elfia for free. For children aged 3 to 11 we have a special discount ticket.
All other visitors pay the normal admission fee.
Yes, it is possible to scan tickets off of a smartphone. This makes paper tickets unnecessary. Do make sure your phone battery is fully charged before coming to the event!
Also, your phone screen should be intact and we will ask you to put your screen to full brightness. This way scanning goes fast and the visitor flow will continue quickly.
The easiest way to get your tickets is to find your email order confirmation; tickets are usually attached as a PDF file you can print. Can’t find them, having trouble printing, or not sure if you have an Eventbrite account? Just enter your email address at eventbrite.com/gettickets. You can also log into the Eventbrite app or reference the Tickets page within your account. If you think you typo’d your email address, you can check here.
Travel and Stay
The parking tickets cost €8,- each and are sold per day. Each ticket is only valid once.
This means that if you leave the parking during the day and come back later, you will need to purchase a new ticket.
Parking tickets can be bought both online and at the cash register of the castle and are validated when you drive off.
Avoid long queues for the cash register and buy your parking tickets online!
