Can I cancel my tickets?

Purchased tickets cannot be taken back, this can be read in our terms and conditions.

Even if you cannot come at the last minute due to illness unfortunately we are not able to cancel your ticket.

However you are able to buy insure with your ticket through our ticket provider, than in some cases they can cancel you tickets. The terms and conditions can be read when buying a ticket.
