Can you scan the ticket from my smartphone screen?

Yes, it is possible to have the tickets scanned on your smartphone so that a paper version of the tickets is not necessarily necessary. However, make sure your phone is charged before going to the event! Your screen must also be intact and for a fast flow, we ask you to set the brightness of your screen to the maximum.
