What once started as a simple fantasy and costume event has grown into a dream world, a utopia. Elfia is a civilization, a country that literally exists, parallel to our world but not IN our world. It is located on the planet Eve in another time dimension. Normally it is unreachable. But now – on September 16 & 17, 2023 – you have the chance to visit the kingdom of Elfia in the gardens of Castle Arcen. To do this, we have listed all practical matters for you:
- When: Saturday, September 16, 2023 – 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- When: Sunday, September 17 – 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

- VIP ELF tickets (passe-partous for Saturday and Sunday) and all daytickets for Saturday are already SOLD OUT.
- GOOD ELF tickets and MINI ELF (children’s) tickets and LATE ELF tickets are still available for Sunday.

- Where: Arcen Castle – Lingsforterweg 26, 5944 BE. Arcen, Venlo, Netherlands
- How: by car? Follow the signs to 1 of the 2 parking fields. Check the FAQ for more info.
- How: via public transport? Bus 83 runs from Venlo station to Arcen every 30 minutes.
- Extra toilet facilities have been installed.
- Despite extra cell towers, there is not good WiFi coverage over the entire 30-hectare site. You can use a debit card at many catering locations and exhibitors, but not at all. So take extra cash with you just to be on the safe side.
- Bringing your own food & drinks is not allowed. There are 40 catering locations spread across the site. Quite a few supply gluten-free, vegan and/or vegetarian food. You are allowed to bring one or two snacks and/or a bottle of drink. In case you need to bring other foods/drinks because of medical necessity you can send an email to elfoffice@elfia.com
