I’ve had an account on the previous system, how can I log in?

If you had an account before on exhibitors.elfia.com and you have at least reserved a spot once, you’ll receive an email with your new temporary password on Friday June 7 around noon.

If you did have an account but haven’t reserved a stand with us before, you’ll have to register a new account in the new system. You can do this right here.

How can I reserve a stand in Elfia?

Reserving a spot as exhibitor in Elfia goes through this website. After logging in or creating an account you’ll get a map of our festival with all the available spots. Select the stand(s) or spot(s) you’d like to reserve and configure your spot by selecting what options you want to order.

Once you’ve added your stand to your shopping cart we will reserve that spot for you. You have 20 minutes to complete the registration form, if you do not complete in time your reservation will be cancelled and someone else could book your spot.

After completing your reservation you’ll receive a confirmation from us. Within 72 hours you’ll receive an email with instruction to do a down payment on your stand which you will have to complete within 7 days to maintain your reservation.
