How to travel to Elfia?

On the map below you will find both Elfia locations (in Haarzuilens and in Arcen). For the event in April, you can click of course on the one on the left, Haarzuilens.

Shuttle service

Shuttle buses start driving from the opening time of the day ticket sale; 9:00 on Saturday, Sunday.
The buses drive 3 to 4 times an hour, depending on how busy it will be.
The bus times are synchronized to the train times of station Vleuten.
The shuttle buses drive until 22.30 on Saturday and Sunday until 19.30.
These are the last times the bus will drive from the castle to train station Vleuten.
One of the buses is suitable for wheelchair users (one bus per hour).
Price: € 4,50 per return ticket.
Tickets are available at a separate booth at station Vleuten. You can only buy a return ticket, not a one-way ticket. 

Public transportation
When you come to Elfia Haarzuilens by means of public transportation, then you should travel from the (to you) nearest train station to the train station Vleuten. For further information on public transportation to the Elfia you should go to: 

Kasteel de Haar in Haarzuilens is located in the province of Utrecht, which is located almost in the middle of the Netherlands; it's not far from Amsterdam. However, what exit you need to take depends on which direction you are coming from. For a detailed route you can look on

Parking a car on the parking lot of castle de Haar costs 6 Euros per car, per day or a part of the day. There is enough parking space available.
